(THE OWYHEE – TI #8 EXPANSION – 2ND STORY) Fire sprinkler system used for area, story, and height increases. To expand an existing 1,208 square foot shell office tenant space located in the Northwest corner of the 2nd story of the Owyhee Place historic building by 82 square feet into an adjacent area to create a copy room. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 1,290 square feet. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. This tenant space was created under permit BLD15-01080. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior doorway, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
