Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, removal of select CMU for new opening at men’s restroom, new construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create, new men’s and women’s ADA compliant locker rooms with showers, removal of select acoustic ceiling in exercise area, lighting fixtures and mechanical duct work raised to below the roof structure, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
