WUI Zone A; Permit for new 220 sq. ft. elevated deck and replace (3) existing windows with 4-panel glass door with new header. Scope of work also includes new 160 sq. ft. rear patio concrete slab at daylight basement level and change out of 10 existing windows. Windows in the bedrooms will be changed out for casement windows per Boise City window replacement policy. The deck will be constructed of mostly fire-retardant treated wood and Fire Marshal approved composite decking material. Separate erosion permit is required.
