Permit is for the interior remodel of the existing single family dwelling, work to include: adding a shower to the second floor restroom, adding a ½ bathroom to the 1st floor area, adding interior nonbearing walls to create the utility room, 1/2 bathroom, master closet, larger master restroom, and removing interior nonbearing walls to create an open kitchen area and the larger master restroom. All work to be per the approved plans and current local codes. An electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit is required. **JG**
