**(SIMPLOT PLANT SCIENCE – BLD A - STRAWBERRY LAB)** Permit is to remodel the 1st floor interior of an existing lab facility within an existing two story 23,840 square foot building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing wall, door frames, new construction of select interior non-bearing wall to create lab storage room, dark room, open lab bench area and hallway, new acoustic ceiling grid, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
