(VERIZON WIRELESS - OPAHONGA) Permit for the modifications to the existing cellular tower antenna mount assembly with work to include replacement of three (3) existing 4’ panel antennas and three (3) existing 6’ panel antennas with six (6) new 6’ panel antennas, Three (3) existing 40W RRH units will also be replaced with three (3) new 60W RRH units, six (6) new 60W RRH units will be added, for a total of nine (9) RRH units, One (1) new hybriflex cable and one (1) new OVP box will also be installed. There will be some minor modifications within the existing ground shelter, but no changes to the ground space or the height of the tower. Structural engineering and plans provided. **JG**
