To perform interior nonstructural demolition within an existing 1,600 square foot tenant space in preparation for tenant improvement work that will be done under permit BLD15-03826. Suspended ceilings, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes will be removed. The existing tenant demising wall will be retained and the fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained operational per NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. All bearing walls and shear walls are required to be maintained without alteration. **CJW**
