Scope of work is to add a bathroom in the basement, cut in a new egress window for the bedroom in the basement. Main floor work will include remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom. No walls are proposed at this time to be added or removed. Where possible, the contractor will install insulation per today's codes. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately.
