One-hour fire resistant rated eave with approved soffit vent and exterior wall enclosed to slab per WUI codes 4912 and 4917. Scope of work also includes interior remodel of kitchen cabinets and fixtures. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are requried.
