The work shall not proceed beyond placing the footings and foundations until the drawings have been approved and the Building Permit for the new house (Bld15-04077) issued. The applicant is performing this work at his own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire structure will be approved. Separate permits for underground electrical and plumbing only allowed at this time. The applicant shall make modifications to the work performed, if necessary, to comply with City Codes and the approved plans. //leg
