(9TH STREET NOOK) Permit is to remodel an existing 771 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a new ADA fully accessible restroom, storage area, new millwork with accessible bar counter area, addition of vertical grab bars at existing restroom, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
