Basement) existing retail / office tenant. This space was previously approved as a “Kathy’s Wig Boutique” under BLD08-00383; however, an occupancy permit was not given. At that time the permit covered the installation of a new accessible ramp only. This building was annexed in 1963 and was converted to a B2 occupancy for “Man Power” in 1961.
