Permit for existing habited basement (per Ada County Land Records) repair for water damage from flooding. Scope of work includes removal of under 1 foot drywall at the bottom of existing walls in basement bathroom only due to water damage, and replace with same. Framing members and sill were not damaged and will not be replaced. Existing plumbing fixtures and electrical work will be done in the basement and separate permits are required for this work.
