Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select nonbearing wall and construction of select nonbearing wall, to create a storage room, a treatment room, select wall infill, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical duct work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase.
