Scope of work is to increase the non-conformity of the basement head height by raising the main floor beam per engineering. Alsom all walls will be furred out to comply with the energy code and electrical code. A new egress window with window well to code will be installed in the existing bedroom. A new bathroom, laundry room and storage room will be constructed with headheights ranging from 6'-6" to 6'8" per Jason Blais. See attached letter from Jason.
