Repair charrded trusses in garage due to fire damage. Also, kitchen, living room and dining area was gutted due to smoke and water damage from the fire. Contractor will replace with like materials and upgrade when possible. A fire rated door with self closers will be installed between garage and dwelling. Also, smoke detectors and CO2 detectors will be installed per floor plan. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately.
