Scope of work is to open up an area between existing kitchen and dining area and replace cabinets in kitchen and flooring throughout. Also, open up the area between the family room and front entry. The existing half bath will be enlarged to a full bath and laundry room. Work will be performed per the approved drawings and local codes. Plumbing and electrical permits will be pulled separately. No work is being performed upstairs other than bringing smoke and CO2 detectors up to code if possible.
