The existing building is 29,162 square feet and with the new 8,600 square foot addition the entire building will now be 37,762 square feet. This building is fire sprinklered for building area and fire area. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: site prep, new foundation, new prefabricated metal building, new exterior cladding, new roofing, some insulation (not to energy code standard), new accessible exterior doors / hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
