**(VETS 4 SUCCESS)** Permit is to remodel an existing 10,103 sq. ft. tenant space by adding 3,519 from existing rear adjacent tenant space to make a total 13,622 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select exterior bearing wall for new door opening, removal of select interior bearing walls for new opening, new interior ADA accessible ramp with handrails and guards, adding vertical grab bars in existing ADA restrooms. Note: 1. special inspection required, 2. there is an existing projector room above the new storage space which is accessed only by adjacent vacant tenant theater space no fire barrier required. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **JG**
