Remodel of an existing residential home. Scope of work is to fur out and insulate the entire basement. Basement shall be used as storage only due to head height issues. Remove and add a few walls for better flow on the main floor. Create one bedroom in the attic in newer portion. The remaining older section of the attic will be for storage only because of lack of head room and floor loads. Work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. **DAF**
