Scope of work is to remodel the basement 1/2 bath, laundry and utility room and move plumbing fixtures around to accomodate a shower. The owner may fur out the exterior wall behind the shower but is optional. The window behind the shower will be replaced and will meet the energy code requirements. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits will be pulled separately. The work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes.
