Permit is to remodel the upper floor area at the master bedroom, master restroom, master closet and hall restroom. Work to include select interior nonbearing walls to make restrooms larger and reduce the size of the master bedroom. Note: currently some of the walls are bearing but with the attached engineering requesting the change in existing roof truss and girder attachments the bearing will change from the existing wall to the girder at which point the wall may be removed. Also at the first floor breakfast nook area engineered alterations made to opening. All work to be per the approved plans, current local codes and attached engineering.
