The fire sprinkler system is used to comply with high-rise requirements. To construct interior tenant improvements for a restaurant/bar tenant within an existing 5,436 square foot space located on the 1st story of a new high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior finishes, millwork, two Type I grease hoods served by one grease duct, a ventless dishwasher, kitchen equipment, three walk-in coolers, one walk-in freezer, interior finishes, and millwork. The exterior dining area is NOT approved under this permit. Special Inspection is required for welding and for bolting. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
