**Project Management-Ron Hill** (HAYDEN BEVERAGE) MODIFICATION TO THE CLASSROOM AREA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WALL MOUNT TV SCREENS AND CEILING MODIFICATIONS. Phase 2 of the Hayden Beverage Relocation project. This portion of the building has 35,660 sq. ft. on the grade level and 8,000 sq. ft. on the second story. Work to include the construction of two walk in beverage coolers with the associated cooling units, a classroom, and a wine tasting room per the approved plans. Phase 1 of the project is being done under BLD15-04239. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. No racking is approved under this permit. A separate racking permit is required. CDM
