** (WEST FAMILY YMCA – ENTRY/HALL) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 74,475 sq. ft. YMCA building at the entry/hall area. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an alcove at the hallway area, modification to existing suspended ceiling, relocating existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
