LUKE’S MK PLAZA I)(EARLY START / INTERIOR DEMO TENANT IMPROVEMENT) A partial permit is issued for construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical while the plans are being reviewed. Any construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being endorsed. This permit is for demolition work. Scope of work to includes removal of nonbearing partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some light fixtures. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Department. All building sprinkler, alarm and smoke evacuation systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after the demo is completed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
