Permit is to remodel the kitchen area, work to include the removal of select interior nonbearing walls, complete removal of kitchen area gypsum board down to studs and replace with new gypsum board, infill exposed exterior walls with insulation, the relocation of kitchen appliances and new kitchen cabinetry.
