Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space to increase the square footage from 1,051 sq. ft. to 1,560 sq. ft. with work to include the removal of some interior nonbearing partition walla and the construction of a new one hour tenant demizing wall and the installation of related interior finishes per the approved plans.
