Scope of work is to build an inground pool on hillside lot. The surface area of the pool is 800 sq. ft. and is approx. 8 ft. deep. The barrier requirements from appendex G of the IRC will be accomplished by providing a 4 ft. high metal fence that will encompass the pool area and attached to the house at both ends. See attached proposed fence site plan. Fence, HVAC and electrical permits will be pulled separately. The fence shall be installed prior to Certificate of Occupancy.
