Permit to remodel the main floor and the basement area of the single family dwelling, work to include: (at main level) remove and replace the restroom window with glass block within the same opening, remove and infill the kitchen window, remodel the kitchen area by adding cabinets, relocating the kitchen appliances and removing select interior nonbearing walls, removing the bedroom closet to allow for headroom at the stairs, (at the basement) adding new casement egress windows to the bedrooms, adding select interior nonbearing walls to create a new bath tub/shower wall, relocating the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, removing select interior nonbearing wall at the bonus room area and relocating the water heater. All work to be per the approved plans, current local codes and plan review report. An Electrical, Plumbing and mechanical permit is required **JG**
