Scope of work is to create an enclosure around the existing laundry area and install a beam and column adjacent to stairs for support of floor system above. On the main floor, remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room area and create a partition wall for the refridgerator. Upstairs, remove 2 closets to enlarge an existing bedroom to create a master suite with bathroom. Several windows will be added/replaced but need prior approval from Matt Halitsky for the Histrict District approval. This will be done with a plan mod at a later date.
