Rooms within this tenant space are allowed to be leased to separate entities if the means of egress, the restrooms, and the accessible route to the disabled is always available to all building occupants. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, an exterior window, and finishes. This permit is intended to construct new work and to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for this tenant. The existing accessible entrance and restrooms are required to be maintained, as a minimum, at their current level of accessibility to the disabled.
