(KENSINGTON APARTMENTS – SIX FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGNS) (CSN16-00065) To construct two (2) “Type 1” 12 foot tall freestanding monument signs (A and A-2) and to construct four (4) “Type 2” 8 foot tall freestanding monument signs (B, B-2, B-3, and B-4). “Type 1” signs are 12 feet tall, 10 feet 4 inches wide, and 2 feet 6 inches thick. “Type 2” signs are 8 feet tall, 7 feet 10 inches wide, and 2 feet thick. Internal fluorescent illumination and LED illumination will be provided. Several panels will be provided which allow a changeable copy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the engineered structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
