Scope of work is to repair existing structure from fire damage. Replacement construction materials shall be with like materials and upgraded where possible. Some interior non- load bearing partition walls will be rebuilt. HVAC will be cleaned but not replaced under this permit. Some windows will be replaced and those located in bedrooms will follow the City's policy (attached). Windows will be replaced with windows that have a minimum u-value of 0.35 or better.
