Permit is to remodel an existing 15,000 sq. ft. second floor within a 60,940 sq. ft. three story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of side light at hallway and infill opening with one hour rated wall assembly, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (8) offices, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
