Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a secure vestibule, installation of new doors, new light fixtures, Electrical work, mechanical ductwork and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
