Scope of work is to expand the conditioned portion of the existing basement to create a full bathroom. Walls in this area will have to be 2x4 construction with an insulation value of R-13 in the walls. Upstairs remodel consists of replacing an existing window and reconfiguring the kitchen and laundry room area. Also, reconfigure the bathroom on the main floor.
