(HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS – TWO MONUMENT SIGNS – GRAPHIC AND LETTERS ON BUILDING IN THREE LOCATIONS) (CSN16-00090) To install an 8 foot tall double face internally illuminated monument sign with acrylic faces and fluorescent and LED lamps and to install a four foot tall double face non-illuminated monument directional sign with acrylic faces in the locations shown on the approved site plan. The new 8 foot tall sign will be about 6’-4” wide and 2’-0” thick. Work is to include a 6” x 2” x 1/4" tube steel column with steel base plate attached to a 24” diameter circular concrete column footing 6’-0” deep using four 36” long anchor bolts. The new 4 foot tall sign will be about 2’-2” wide and 0’-11” thick. Work is to include a 3” x 3” x 3/16" tube aluminum column with base plate attached to a 24” diameter circular concrete column footing 3’-0” deep using four 36” long 1/2" diameter anchor bolts. Inspection by the City of Boise required before placing concrete. To install a logo (flex face) and fabricated channel letters (acrylic faces) on the South, East, and West elevations of the building. Letters and logo will be illuminated with LED lamps. A square logo (about 5 feet by 5 feet and about 26 square feet area) and a series of letters (about 66 square feet total area with no letter more than 5.5 square feet) will be installed in each location. Logo and letters will be secured directly to the exterior wall as detailed on the drawings. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
