WUI Zone A ** Scope of work is to bump out the exterior wall located in the lower level game room area. Also, remove interior walls to provide open design, move stairs from one side of the game room to the other, subdivide large room to create a theater room and bonus area. Upstairs, a mud room will be created by using a portion of the garage space. In the kitchen area, small windows will be removed and existing windows from downstairs will be used. It is felt that the building envelope is not being increased to the extent to require the homeowner to purchase new windows. Work will be performed per the approved plans, stamped engineered drawings and local codes. Separate electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled by the trades. **DAF**
