Height to be verified on site and rooms deemed "Habitable" if meeting all height requirements. 3-14-16 **BJM**) Permit to remove stairway and reconstruct interior walls in existing finished basement and new fur out of concrete walls in half of the basement. Scope of work also includes new floor joists to support mail level floor where stairway was removed, existing bathroom will be rearranged and new utility room.
