This tenant space was previously occupied as a medical office. This tenant space is located on the 5,332 square foot 2nd story of an existing building. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit.
