(AT&T MANPOLE CELL TOWER – FAIRVIEW) Permit for the modifications to the existing manpole cell tower with work to include: removal of (3) Kathrein antenna and replace with (3) Powerwave 7750 antenna, removal of (3) KMW Antenna replace with (3) Powerwave 7920 antenna, removal of (3) RRH 700 -9442 and replace with (3) RRH RRH2x40-07L, addition of (3) RRH4x25-WCS-4R, addition of (1) Raycap squid, addition of (3) Andrew SBNHH 1D65C and adding (2) DC lines. No changes to the height of the tower with minor equipment changes to interior existing equipment structure. Structural engineering and plans provided. **JG**
