Scope of work is to remove existing roof system and add a total of 1,173 sq. ft. of living space (533 sq. ft. on main floor & 640 sq. ft. on new upper floor). The main level will be reconfigured to enlarge the master bedroom and bath, kitchen as well as making the basement stairs accessible from inside the main house instead of the garage.
