Scope of work is to add on 346 sq ft of living space which will enlarge the 2 guest bedrooms located on the southwest portion of the home. New windows in bedrooms will meet egress requirements and energy code. Existing 2x4 walls in the two bedroom will be firred out to match new 2x6 construction.
