This permit is to add Core Restrooms, Interior Exit Stairways, an Exit Access Stairway, and an elevator shaft (Elevator to be installed later) to the Northern multi-story portion of this building. No occupancy allowed under this permit. This building is being fully sprinklered to allow flexibility for future tenant occupancy groups and fire areas. A separate Major Tenant Improvement Permit is required to occupy this building. Scope of work includes: construction of new elevator shaft / pit, construction of two new Interior Exit Stairways, construction of a new center Exit Access Stairway, [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create: two separate sex restrooms, two storage rooms, and two utility closets], new electrical, new plumbing, new mechanical, new interior finishes, and new accessible doors / hardware. This building will be sprinklered with a Full NFPA 13 system to allow area increase and non-separated uses with A-2 being the most restrictive. **TLW**
