(A NEW PATH – Suite 156) To remodel a 2,395 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing the space into two tenant spaces with existing common restrooms/hallway. This tenant space suite #156 will be 936 sq. ft., the adjacent space suite #158 will be 1,459 sq. ft. permitted under BLD16-00964. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and corridors have been downgraded and are not required to be rated. Work is to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) new offices and wall infill to separate tenant spaces, relocate existing light fixture, electrical work, relocate mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
