Scope of work is to convert the bonus room into a bakery for a home business. The door from the main house into the bonus room/bakery will be filled in and a new door to access the bakery will be installed at the far end of the room in a non-load bearing wall. Appliances will be installed per the manufacturers installation instructions which could possibly require additional wall protection behind appliances.
