Remove 14' of bearing wall between Living Room and Kitchen, replace with beam and footings. Add non-bearing wall at stairway in Garage. Add egress window in basement (will need to make opening in foundation wall larger to fit window), replace all windows except the picture window in the Living Room (egress windows to be fitted into Bedroom if opening allows), re-roof home, work done on bedroom and bath in Basement as needed (no walls to be moved or removed), new furnace, upgrade electrical as needed, upgrade plumbing as needed.
