(FRED MYER – ONLINE CHECKLIST STORAGE) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,084 sq. ft. area within an existing 174,970 sq. ft. Fred Myer retail store. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: removal of interior nonbearing wall, removal of select portion of exterior wall for new opening, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a storage area, a new 221 sq. ft. cooler, a new 122 sq. ft. freezer, new lighting fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
