(VANILLA SHELL – 2nd Floor SUITE 230) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Fire sprinklers used to meet high-rise provisions. Permit is to remodel an existing 4,534 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this new vacant tenant space is to be 905 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,629 sq. ft. occupied tenant space by “NOAA” created under BLD16-01212. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/frame/hardware, relocate nonbearing wall/door/frame/ hardware at corridor, construction of select nonbearing wall infill to demise the tenant spaces, some electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
